"Evelyn of the Desert" is a comic tale about inspiration, writer's block, revenge, scorching deserts of Arabia, and the glory of love.

Helen, a writer of romantic adventure novels, is having difficulty writing her latest epic saga, "evelyn of the Desert". When a noisy neighbor moves next door, Helen loses her concentration and the control over her fictional characters. Her novel takes a farcical turn when Helen encorporates her fantasies of avenging her noisy neighbor into her fiction.
